Shipping

UK Shipping is free for all orders over Β£30, with a delivery time of around 4 business days.

Next day delivery in the UK is available from Β£5.95, our cut off time is 2pm, orders processed after this time will be sent on the next business day, please note this is a Monday to Friday service.

Unfortunately we cannot offer shipping to countries in the European Union at the moment due to changes which have occured as the result of Brexit.

If you pay our store via PayPal, then we will only deliver to the address provided to us by PayPal. Any errors in the information supplied are at the sole responsibly of the customer.

The company (us) shall not be held liable for delays with delivery of goods caused by third parties. In the event of a lost package we will require up to 14 business days before being able to replace or credit for any lost goods.

Restricted Items
Items such as bladed items are only available for adult purchase, by buying these items you declare you are over 18, ID will be required to prove legal age.

We will use an age verification site for this.

Some items are restricted UK sales only, in which case sales may be restricted. In this event the website may restrict these sales or we will contact you with available options and the chance to amend or cancel your order. As the importer you are responsible for ensuring that any goods imported are legal within your country.

Non Delivery
Genuine postal losses are rare in the UK, in most cases orders have been returned to us by the post office as simply uncollected when buyers have reported items as undelivered.

Please check with your local delivery office before contacting us about non-delivery. Where items are returned to us we will contact you and a postage charge will be made before items can be redelivered.

Age Verification
It is illegal to sell age restricted products to anyone under the age of 18.

In order to verify your age we will carry out the below check:

We will contact you informing that we will need a scanned copy of an official ID which will clearly state your name and date of birth such as a UK Driving Licence or an in date Passport, we will accept this via email.

In order to process your order smoothly and promptly, please always mention your order id whilst contacting us or sending proof of ID.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days,Β if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Food items are non returnable, for obvious hygiene reasons.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Returns Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for food items.
